One Saturday morning, two jobs and a new Charity benefits from ‘Muscles’

Saturday 23rd June 2012, and a combination of rain, wind and occasional sunshine in the Ipswich area. A small band of volunteers prepared the groundwork for the eventual erection of a shed capable of storing Muscles equipment (from tools to cement mixer), and also found time to help Ipswich Rotarian, Geoff Watson, move incredibly heavy woodworking equipment from storage to a purpose built workshop.

A delighted Geoff thanked the team for their efforts and confirmed that his donation would benefit ‘Ipswich Holiday Help for Children’. This represents the 105th charity to benefit from the efforts of Muscles for Charity volunteers.

More photographs of the first stage preparation for the Muscles Storage facility can be viewed on the Muscles UK – 2012 page.

The completed project features on the March 2013 Muscles page.
