Muscles volunteers from the UK and Belgium celebrate 10,000 voluntary hours

Muscles volunteers and invited recipients celebrated the achievement of 10,000 voluntary hours at Kesgrave Community Centre on Sunday 16th September.

Johan and Rob travelled from Lier, Belgium to represent the Belgian Muscles team, and to sample English beer, while Brita-Maja Brestner explains to Ed and Steve why she calls the Belgians her ‘Chocolate Boys’

Entertainment was provided by international Magician David Marks.

Muscles for Charity originated from an idea to raise money  for charity by helping other people.
