Stormy Saturday, Muscles volunteers help feed the homeless.

Saturday 2nd November, 2013 in the Pacific Northwest. A powerful windstorm pushed through the region, knocking out power for 200,000 customers, closed roads and bridges. In the midst of this cold early winter blast, Chef Desmond volunteered to prepare and deliver 60 hot evening meals to homeless individuals living at Camp Unity in Bellevue, WA.

Muscles volunteers were on hand to help serve and support the gourmet Chef and his wife, Sylvia.

Subsequently, Chef Desmond sent the following message to the Muscles team
Thanks so much for the support and effort on Nov. 03rd, 2013, to feed our guests.  It was an memorable day.
“Muscle for charity” is an intrinsic team with high integrity, the wills to do extra and beyond.  I could not say thank you! enough,  highly appreciated with Kudos to all…,,,

Warmest regards,
Chef Desmond and Sylvia
