Clearing an overgrown garden area and replacing wooden exterior steps provided a work out for Muscles volunteers on a wintery Saturday in Trimley, Suffolk. Rosemary Gitsham, the beaming recipient of the teams hard work features in the background.
At Rosemary’s request, Bernie Morgan constructed replacement wooden steps in his workshop. These were installed under his supervision.
The remainder of the team cleared shrubs, trees and bushes at the front and rear of the detached bungalow, under the watchful eye of the Jodie, the Muscles for Charity Site Manager and Steve’s dog.

During 2015, the UK team completed 13 projects, contributing over 650 voluntary hours to the overall Muscles for Charity total of 13,100 hours.
