The Belgian Muscles for Charity teams ‘invasion’ of the UK was captured by Phil Boswell’s camera as they partnered for a summer time project in East Suffolk which benefited three registered charities.

Congratulations to Belgian team member Stef Vekemans – 2017 Champion of the Donk, a 50 km road race, in laps of 2.5 km so 20 lapses. The race took place on Tuesday the 15th of August. There were 10-20 competitors in Stef’s age group.
