There’s always fun and friendship awaiting Muscles volunteers, especially international visitors, when they spend any time with Team leader – Sharron Lyons. Working in tandem with the other ‘Mad Canadian’, (Sandy Bosma), the duo negotiated and organised the yard clearance on the 19th March.
2011 is no exception, as the (top) Spring photograph shows. A wonderful combination of hospitality, excellent wine, mischief and friendship.
Canucks have an international reputation for friendship, and Muscles – Canada is no exception. In the summer of 2011, Team leader Sharron, and her sister Elaine, travelled to Belgium to help raise funds to educate refugee children at a Medieval Fayre near Antwerp. SHARRON RESPONDS TO THE MUSCLES CANADA PROJECT IN FEBRUARY 2011, IN VANCOUVER, BC. This muscles job would not have been as successful without the help of those team members from USA & England. The small Canadian team thanks you from the bottom of our heart. The homeowners are very thankful as well, they are still smiling at the work done.
