Seventeen projects were completed in 2008, including a painting job at Newbury in Berkshire which assisted handicapped children. Wooden deck staining at Felixstowe supported ‘Help for Heroes’, patios were built in Ipswich and gardens cleared in Walton, Hasketon, Sudbourne and Ipswich.
Unusual projects included furniture removal and drain clearance in Kesgrave and leaflet distribution across Grange Farm estate.
During the year Muscles volunteers passed the 6,000 voluntary hours milestone.
