Muscles for Charity projects in Belgium, the USA and the UK contributed to over 550 voluntary hours during May 2014.

The latest garden project at Grange Farm started in persistent rain and ended in bright sunshine as the team tackled a series of jobs for a delighted recipient, Margaret.

Thanks to Katie, Adam, David, Phil, Kev, Rich, Ed, Bernie, Alan and Tony for working hard and contributing a total of 63 voluntary hours on Saturday 24th May. In addition to Margaret’s charitable donation, she contributed a considerable amount of tools to the Muscles team and TWAM (Africa). Many thanks from the team.

Hello all you super people, you did a amazing job on 24 May Thank you!. The garden is so much easier to maintain and I know Steve would also be thankful that you have taken a weight off my shoulders.

I am awaiting letters of acknowledgement for the cheques sent to British Heart Foundation and Ehlers-Danlos Support UK. I did mention Muscle for Charity in my letters.

By the way, you forgot to take the cans of drink!
